About the role:
Our client is looking for a Lead Test Analyst responsible for establishing testing plans, analysis of business requirements, estimation, design and development of test cases, utilisation of appropriate tools to define framework and develop the automation testing suite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development, facilitation and execution of functional and non – functional testing.
* Write, schedule and maintain clean and clear automated tests
* Lead Continuous Improvement and Analyse test output data to identify trends and feed insights into continuous improvement
* Liaise with Project teams, ensuring defects are communicated and resolved
* Use tools such as Jira to track and manage defects and host defect triage and prioritization meetings
Required skills and experience:
1. ISTQB‑certified Test Analyst with strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
2. 3+ years’ experience working within a vendor delivery model
3. Proven experience as a Lead Test Analyst across systems integration, UAT, data warehousing, integration, or cloud services
4. Solid understanding of Confluence, Jira, and familiarity with Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, or similar tools
5. Experience working across diverse platforms including integration technologies, Microsoft stack (SQL Server, Power BI), Oracle ERP (advantageous), Azure (advantageous), and
