ABOUT THE ROLES
After completing your training, you'll be behind the wheel on these brand-new bus routes.
* Route 501: Springfield Ipswich
* Route 520: Goodna station Eden's Crossing
* Route 522: Redbank station Springfield Central station
* Route 523: Redbank Plains Augustine Heights Springfield Central station
DUTIES
* Operate and maintain a bus efficiently and professionally.
* Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the passenger experience.
* Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
* Adhere to HSEQ policies and actively manage fatigue.
* Perform pre-start checks, routine inspections, and refuel as necessary.
* Complete required documentation accurately and punctually.
* Follow company policies to promote a safe workplace.
* Report hazards and participate in health, safety, and well-being initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
* Have a valid 'MR/HR' class license and PTA Bus Driver Accreditation.
* Are a permanent resident of Australia or citizen of Australia or New Zealand.
* Have held an unrestricted Australian driver's licence for at least 12 months within the last 24 months
* Are prepared to work varying shifts
* Are willing to undergo a pre-employment medical examination with a company medical service
* Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude and safe driving techniques.
* In-depth knowledge of HSEQ regulations and the ability to learn routes quickly.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively read and comprehend instructions.
