Specific Responsibilities
Training and assessing of various mobile plant and equipment
Verification of Competency Assessments
Mainly working with MC Drivers & Machine Operators
Facilitation of classroom-based Safety Training and Inductions
Ability to demonstrate initiative and work without supervision
Well organised and excellent time management skills with robust attention to details
Hands on approach to teamwork, positive attitude and superior customer service skills are essential
Administrative and scheduling duties as required:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
Various mobile plant and equipment Permit to Work system Isolations and Tagging
Facilitation of Inductions for Mining
Standard 11 and CBM
Experience delivering relevant and engaging training to a diverse range of students
Excellent communication skills & Strong organisational skills
Good computer skills with the ability to use all programs within the Microsoft suite
High level of professionalism and punctuality
Passion and commitment to high quality education and training
Must be flexible to travel
