Working in conjunction within the Buying Department, this role supports all aspects of design development, buying, and production coordination across accessories at DECJUBA!

**About the role**
As an Assistant Buyer at DECJUBA, you will...
- Build strong supplier relationships, briefing on new style and design updates
- Proactively drive the approval time lines on lap dips, strike offs, trim and bulk fabric
- Attend fit sessions to extend knowledge of the QA process
- Entering information into AP21, updating buy sheets and range boards
- Set up sample catalogue, buy sheets and documentation during ranging sessions.
- Key involvement in preparing samples for meetings, reviews and approvals.
- Provide full administrative support to the buying team.
**About You**
- ** Minimum 3 years' experience in accessories buying or similar**:
- Tertiary Fashion or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in photoshop, illustrator and Excel
- Experience in AP21 highly regarded
- Excellent organisational, prioritising and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
