Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities
* Lead detailed financial modelling including DCF, sensitivity analysis and investment underwriting
* Prepare high-quality investor and marketing materials including IMs, pitch decks and campaign collateral
* Analyze market trends, comparable sales evidence and asset performance data
* Support transaction execution, due diligence processes and data room management
* Maintain transaction, property and investor databases
* Deliver market insights and strategic analysis to support client engagement
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
About You
* Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
* 3-5+ years' experience within commercial real estate, investment banking or institutional investment environments
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, ideally within commercial property
* Experience using Forbury or similar property cashflow modelling platforms highly regarded
* Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exposure to industrial property or valuations highly regarded
