Job Opportunity: IT Support Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Professional to join our dynamic in-house IT team.
This is a full-time, permanent role based out of our Shared Resource Office. Working in collaboration with the IT team, you will provide technical support and expertise in the growth and development of our ICT infrastructure across Australia & New Zealand.
Key responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing end-user desktop/workstation/laptop computers, and related software and communication equipment, including phones/networks.
You will also respond promptly to service issues and requests, provide technical support across the organization, set up accounts for new users, repair and replace equipment as necessary, test new technology, and provide support of computer/network-related purchases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Extensive experience with IT systems, devices, networks, and related technologies.
* At least two years' experience in a similar role.
* Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
* Strong computer analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
