Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site inspections and prepare comprehensive reports.
* Manage maintenance requests effectively.
* Process leases, applications and bond transactions with precision.
* Communicate professionally with tenants and stakeholders.
* Perform general administrative and reception duties, including RMS data entry.
