Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the on-site delivery of a large civil engineering project. As Senior Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring programme, cost, quality and safety targets are met.
You will manage multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, promoting high performance and efficient coordination.
This role requires strong operational leadership, exceptional safety management, and excellent communication skills.
* Proven experience in project delivery with strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, buildability and site operations
* Demonstrable leadership of on-site delivery teams including engineers, managers, supervisors and subcontractors
Key responsibilities:
Project Delivery
The successful candidate will have proven experience in delivering major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
