Our work will take you in different directions
We're looking for a Technical Field Support Specialist to join our Support Team based in Gold Coast, VIC.
What will you be doing?
* Provide remote or on-site technical support for installation of modernisation and construction products
* Provide technical support to ensure customer specification requirements
* Train local employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions
* Create quality reports after site visits and list issues which require corrective action
* Tune and Test modernisation and new install products including destination
What are we looking for?
* Elevator industry experience
* Expert technical understanding of product and service solutions that meet customer expectations
* Safety conscious and selects environmentally sustainable solutions when possible
