Milestones Early Learning Deeragun are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our small, family-orientated Centre.
In this role you:
* Lead and inspire a room, with flexibility to work across the centre and spend time with all age groups.
* Bring with you a strong knowledge and confidence in programming, planning, and delivering engaging educational experiences.
* Work collaboratively with a supportive team to provide a nurturing environment for every child.
What we are looking for:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Lead Educator or similar role.
* Strong understanding of early childhood frameworks and regulations.
* A positive team player with a passion for fostering children's learning and development.

About you:
* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
* A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
* Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
* A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
