We’re on the lookout for passionate and experienced Chefs to join our teams across regional Queensland on Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) or Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) rosters from Darwin or Cairns. Qualifications
and Experience
* Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
* Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking)
* Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (Current)
* Previous FIFO Chef experience is highly desired but not essential
* Excellent knowledge of HACCP
* Prior Line Chef experience highly desirable
* Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants seeking potential Visa sponsorship
Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 11 hours per day on a 2:1 roster (two weeks at work and one week at home).
