Your Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute community engagement strategies to ensure strong, lasting relationships with local stakeholders.
2. Represent Clough at community meetings, events, and public forums to foster trust and transparency.
3. Facilitate effective internal engagement to ensure employees are aligned with community initiatives.
4. Provide regular insights and reports on key community concerns, opportunities, and stakeholder feedback.
5. Support local workforce development, business partnerships, and social impact initiatives that align with Clough's commitment to the community.
What We're Looking For
1. A strong local connection and understanding of community dynamics, priorities, and challenges.
2. Experience in Community Relations or a similar role.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a strong commitment to community-focused outcomes.
4. Ability to liaise and negotiate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
