The Role:We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand this portfolio Monday to Saturday.
With plenty of warm leads to work with, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Identifying new business opportunities to grow the rent roll organically
Conducting Open Homes/Inspections
Collaborating with Sales Agents & Executive Leasing Consultants
Managing and expanding the database, along with networking efforts
Nurturing client relationships
Providing professional advice to clients
Organizing and conducting market appraisals
The Requirements:Previous experience in Real Estate, ideally in Sales or BDM
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Well-presented, organized, and with excellent administrative abilities
A current Certificate of Registration, a car, and a valid driver's license are essential
Must hold or be close to completing a C2 license
