About the Opportunity
We seek a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team in this critical role within the Emergency Department.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting nurses and midwives on the ward/unit by managing rostering, payroll, recruitment, and workforce-related activities
* Ensuring accurate and timely data entry, report preparation, and administrative coordination of patient care and quality initiatives
* Coordinating resources, supplies, meetings, student placements, and travel to ensure the smooth functioning of the ward/unit

* Relevant administrative qualifications or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* A collaborative and patient-focused approach, valuing teamwork, accuracy, and service delivery
* A current NSW Working with Children Check
