Overview
Permanent full-time opportunity based in Gladstone or Gracemere. We're seeking a Locomotive Driver Training Specialist, with a current Cert IV in Train Driving as well as a Cert IV in Training & Assessment to lead crew development. Opportunity can be based at our Gladstone or Gracemere Depot. You'll deliver hands-on and classroom training, assess competency, and work closely with supervisors to ensure safe, high-performing operations.
What You'll Do
* Coach and assess train crew to meet operational standards
* Deliver tailored training plans and sessions
* Champion safety and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* Current locomotive driver accreditation
* Current Cert IV in Training and Assessment
* Strong safety record and operational knowledge
* Proven leadership, mentoring and communication skills
