A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This role is critical to fill the gap left by the recent resignation of their ITSM Specialist. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in core IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionalities. Working within an active delivery environment, the BA will review and validate user stories and service catalogue items while ensuring alignment with best-practice ITSM processes.
This is a hybrid working role based in Perth (preferred) or Melbourne, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The initial term is 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The start date is as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Review, validate, and prioritise user stories and service catalogue items related to ITSM.
* Ensure alignment of ServiceNow capabilities with ITSM best practices and organisational objectives.
* Collaborate closely with delivery teams to stabilise and support Agile project delivery.
* Support transition and knowledge transfer following the departure of the previous ITSM Specialist.
* Work within Agile frameworks to facilitate iterative development and delivery.
* Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide business analysis expertise.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to ITSM processes.
* Experience working in Agile delivery teams and environments.
* Ability to quickly adapt and stabilise delivery teams and projects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working within healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
* Certifications related to ITIL and ServiceNow.
Location and Working Arrangements
* Secondary location: Melbourne, Victoria
* Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote per week
* Duration: 3 months with potential extension
