Wangarang is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation in Orange, NSW, dedicated to creating meaningful employment and support services for people with disabilities. We are currently seeking a hands-on and compassionate Crew Leader to guide supported employees across a variety of work settings, including cleaning, factory operations, and hospitality.
Full-time or part-time hours available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Mentor, train, and support team members with disabilities
Engage and motivate supported employees in daily tasks
Move, quality-check, and package stock to meet production requirements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse or work setting
Perform cleaning duties
Maintain accurate records and contribute to operational reporting
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
The ability to supervise, support, and coach employees while working alongside them
Well-developed people and time management skills
A valid driver's licence
A current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Check clearance (or ability to obtain)
Commitment to work health and safety policies and procedures
Full COVID-19 vaccination or valid medical exemption
