Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with demonstrated knowledge and compliance with NSW Health professional, legal and ethical responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a clinic-based environment, performing duties such as visual acuity testing, administering eye drops, preparing patients for ophthalmic procedures, and managing clinical equipment and stock.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers and medical staff, with a strong awareness of and sensitivity to the cultural and linguistic diversity of the Bankstown community, ensuring delivery of respectful and personcentred care.
Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and as part of a small clinical team, showing initiative, flexibility, and strong organisational skills in a fastpaced outpatient setting.
