* Manage existing accounts, cross sell and building relationships with key customers
* Develop New business opportunities across regional NSW
* Drive performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth across the Central West.
* Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local partners.
* Ensure compliance with company, client, and industry standards.
* Support your team's development and foster a high-performance culture.
About You
Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management across Central West / Regional NSW. Electronic Security, Electrical, Fire, HVAC, FM, construction experience would be a bonus
