Job Description:
The Anatomical and Surgical Skills Laboratory (ASSL) is seeking a Manager to lead a team of full-time and casual technicians and radiographers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing training programs for external client organisations.
* Managing and promoting training workshops, including coordinating complex activities with limited resources.
* Supporting research in medical engineering or related technical disciplines.
The position requires on-the-job training, including first aid, fire warden training, health and safety advisor training, and radiation safety officer training.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent emotional intelligence and sensitivity, including high-level oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.
