Job Description
As a problem solver, you will thrive in our fast-paced customer support environment. Your role will involve resolving product, software, and related environmental issues reported by clients in a high-volume, transactional setting.
You will work closely with a customer-focused team to provide world-class services and improve the customer experience while driving internal efficiencies.
Your day-to-day tasks may include:
* Providing excellent customer service while resolving LEAP product queries accurately and promptly
* Answering general client software and hardware queries
* Handling a high volume of queries per week (200 logged on average)
* Capturing notes using standard notes templates in CRM (Salesforce), including recording detailed information for all cases

Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications or progress towards qualifications in legal, accounting, or technology
* A proven record and passion for providing excellent customer service (preferably within a professional services environment)
* Proven ability to manage high-volume, transactional calls
* Competence in MS Office
* Proven ability to problem-solve
* Demonstrated ability to learn new skills
* Experience within a help desk or call centre environment (desired but not essential)
