Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Sales Manager based in Melbourne, VIC, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Sales Manager at SAS Connect, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, managing and expanding the client portfolio, achieving revenue targets, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll continually identify business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to strategic planning to drive growth in the construction technology industry. This role also involves creating tailored proposals, preparing sales forecasts, and presenting solutions aligned with customer needs.
Qualifications
* Proven sales and business development skills, including the ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve targets
* Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with construction software solutions and a solid understanding of the construction industry
* Experience in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and executing successful initiatives
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools is highly desirable
* Demonstrated ability to deliver tailored client solutions and support customer success
