About the Role At Barbeques Galore, we’re all about helping our customers create moments that matter – from weeknight dinners to weekend get-togethers. As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the team on the floor, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every single day. You’ll work closely with your Store Manager to bring energy to the store, build team capability, and make sure everything runs smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing Lead from the front on the sales floor, creating a strong customer-first culture Coach and develop team members to build confidence and capability Drive store performance through sales, KPIs, and conversion Support rostering, stock management, and day-to-day operations Bring our products to life – from BBQs to outdoor kitchens What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a retail leadership role (ASM / 2IC / Supervisor) Strong sales mindset with a passion for delivering results Confident communicator who can engage and inspire a team Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Someone who leads with energy, ownership, and accountability Why Join Us?
