Responsibilities
Contribute to design of bespoke research for a range of clients to answer key strategic questions. Manage live projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget; act as a primary point of contact with clients and suppliers; keep internal teams updated on fieldwork progress. Attend qualitative fieldwork (e.g., focus groups, interviews) to assist in analysis and interpretation. Deliver rich insights about consumers, brands, and categories to contribute to client growth strategies. Collaborate with the team to build presentations that summarise findings and recommendations. Participate in client presentations and strategy workshops. Engage in a structured training program to build core skills and knowledge for progression. Education
We are open to graduates from any discipline. Our team includes backgrounds in Anthropology, Psychology, Geography, Commerce, Marketing, Medical Science, Chemistry, and Languages. Tertiary education (minimum Bachelor) with Distinction/High Distinction is preferred. Additional Experience
Intermediate to advanced MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. SPSS/Q is desirable but not essential. Ability to deliver timely solutions and build strong relationships with staff at different levels and clients. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
