Your role involves being the primary representative of the Allied Health Department, maintaining exceptional reception and providing an efficient administration service to stakeholders.
* Maintain confidentiality in line with professional standards and comply with all applicable policies and procedures.
* Responsible for tasks in a professional and timely manner, duties include customer service, answering queries, cash handling, and managing queues through telephone, email, and face-to-face interaction.
* Advise on billing processes, issue invoices and receipts, process payments, prepare financial reports, and reconcile accounts.
* Collect, organize, and monitor data efficiently, book, cancel, and reschedule appointments, follow-up on accounts, and schedule hospital theatre lists.
