Internal Communications Specialist
This role is responsible for creating and publishing internal communications materials, focusing on alignment with key business projects. The Internal Communications Specialist will collaborate with the team to manage content creation and distribution across multiple channels.
The successful candidate will oversee our internal communications platforms, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination. Key responsibilities include:
* Drafting and distributing internal communications content via various channels.
* Supporting the management of internal communications platforms, including the company website and social media presence.
* Assisting with daily monitoring and analysis of internal communications performance.
* Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and department heads.
* Providing administrative support and assistance to the internal communications team.
Required skills and qualifications:
* A degree in Communications, PR, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a global business.
* Strong writing and organisational skills are essential.
* A sound understanding of digital platforms, particularly social media, is necessary.
