ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our branch based in Tullamarine VIC 2043. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm. You will mostly be working outdoors and will work closely with your team to:
* Complete inspections on a range of motor vehicles, by entering the vehicle description and condition using our customised application
* Identify & photograph any damage
* Identify standard and extra accessories
* Meet assigned KPI's for inspections
* Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
* Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
* Assist other team members with their duties as required
* Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch
* Liaise with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pickup of vehicles
* Locate and deliver all vehicles to the correct storage locations
* Entering the location of vehicles into our system
* Delivering assets to customers and transport drivers
* Photograph vehicles for auction
* Performing stock take & pre-booking tasks as required
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
* Passion for cars, trucks & machinery, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded
* Current & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual (essential)
* Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
* Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
* Ability to work as part of a team
