We are currently seeking an exceptional Registrations Clerk to join the Stock Control team based in Tweed Heads.
About the opportunity
This role will be responsible for registrations, vehicle stock movements and general admin duties. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
4. Complete and authorise NSW registrations
5. Register vehicles in line with Frizelle Sunshine Automotive guidelines
6. Support our Sales department as required
7. Reconciliation of tasks such as registrations and floorplans
8. Coordinate new vehicle stock swaps with other dealerships
9. Process development and improvement as required
10. General administration duties
About you
Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:
11. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
12. Excellent time-management and attention to detail
13. Brilliant communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
14. ERA experience preferred however not essential
15. Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded however not essential
16. Willingness to learn - full training provided
17. Any automotive administration experience highly regarded
