About the role
The Process Improvement Manager plays a critical role in helping drive strategy execution and implementation. By working with stakeholders across the organisation this role will re‐design and optimise business processes to drive enhanced operational performance, create a financially sustainable future and deliver value to the people and communities it serves.
Day to Day you will
* Identify areas for process improvement and provide implementation advice / strategies to the business.
* Support the identification, development, and capture of the risks and critical controls on processes and systems used to deliver critical operations.
* Support the integration and linking of information obtained within process workshops with existing risk management systems.
* Design or create a visual representation of work processes through process maps for specific projects and/or business areas.
* Providing advice / education at individual, project or business unit level regarding process mapping methodologies and techniques, maintenance requirements of process maps.
* Leading, coaching and mentoring a small team dedicated to Process Improvement.
What you will bring
* Substantial knowledge in and application of the concepts of Process Architecture, Value Chain Analysis and Value Stream Mapping.
* Ability to support strategic initiatives by translating strategic objectives into practical process‐led solutions.
* Experience uplifting organisational capability through coaching, knowledge sharing and embedding process excellence practices.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of workflow systems.
* Proficiency in Process Mapping methodologies & techniques.
* Sound understanding of BPMN Standards.
* Proficiency in designing, developing and deploying digital workflows using low‐code/no‐code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Jira workflows).
