As the Retail Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the planning, delivery, leasing, and long-term success of retail components within our clients residential and mixed-use developments.

The Position:
* Lead the development and execution of retail strategies for mixed-use projects
* Work closely with architects, planners, and project managers during early design stages to optimise retail layouts and tenant mix
* Identify and engage with key retailers and commercial tenants to drive leasing outcomes
* Manage end-to-end leasing negotiations and relationships
* Collaborate with marketing, legal, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
The Person:
* 5+ years' experience in retail development, retail leasing, or commercial property
* Strong understanding of the Australian retail property landscape
* Proven ability to manage leasing campaigns and negotiate commercial lease terms
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Self-driven with strong commercial acumen and a passion for property
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
