This is a fast-paced, relationship-led BDM role. You'll be out in the field, building connections, nurturing warm leads and converting opportunities into long-term, high-value clients.
About the Role
Own and grow the South, South West & St George territory. Build relationships with PM departments, convert warm leads and secure long-term agency partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with agency principals & PM teams
* Convert warm leads into long-term service agreements
* Identify and secure new agency partnerships across the territory
* Drive revenue growth through consistent pipeline activity
* Represent the brand in market with professionalism and credibility
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years' experience in BDM or sales within real estate, property services or prop-tech
* Strong understanding of how property management departments operate
* Proven track record converting relationships into revenue
* Confident, value-led communicator
* Self-motivated and target-driven
