Overview
The Senior / Logistics Specialist – Online Fulfilment (E-commerce and Retail Management) is responsible for the fulfilment of online orders. He/She is also responsible for upholding quality standards, ensuring the accurate, timely and efficient pick and pack operations. He/She is also required to support general storehouse operations. He/She is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish his/her tasks.

Job Summary
The Senior / Logistics Specialist – Online Fulfilment (E-commerce and Retail Management) is responsible for the fulfilment of online orders. He/She is also responsible for upholding quality standards, ensuring the accurate, timely and efficient pick and pack operations. He/She is also required to support general storehouse operations. He/She is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish his/her tasks.
Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks (External)
* Perform Warehousing Tasks
o Perform loading, unloading and arranging of items in storehouse
o Perform good receipt of items from external / internal parties
o Perform pick and pack function
o Perform hand over of parcels to external / internal parties
o Report operation issues in a timely manner
o Perform storehouse operations in accordance with 5S (sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain) techniques
* Perform Safety and Health Tasks
o Perform WSH activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements
o Highlight WSH shortcomings in existing processes
o Perform safety and health risk assessment
o Maintain safety, health and operational quality standards
o Report WSH safety incidents
* Perform Technology Application Tasks
o Perform admin functions using 3rd Party system
o Assist in application of latest technology to improve operations in own work areas
o Operate technology or electronic tools and devices
o Work with team members to support technology projects
