* Manage all operational, service delivery and business service aspects of the facility.
* Utilize your leadership expertise to provide support and advice to residents and associated service providers.
* Identify and provide authoritative advice on emerging issues and trends.
* Provide high-level guidance on case management of residents.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience in providing leadership within a highly complex service delivery area, preferably in relation to people with multiple and complex needs and/or within a legislative framework.
* An ability to drive a culture of quality by design where quality practices are embedded in the service and solution delivery process.
* An ability to role model ethical leadership through decision making and interactions with people.
