Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Educator with a Bachelor of Early Childhood degree to provide services to our NDIS participant base ranging from babies to 7 years old. This role includes working with children and Parenting Support Services (DSS) programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide learning experiences and opportunities for each child designed to promote identity, wellbeing, confidence and effective communication skills.
- Use evidence‑based practice to deliver services focused on early intervention, prevention, capacity building and school transitions.
- Collaborate with families to share knowledge and skills, enabling them to implement ongoing learning opportunities in the home and other natural environments.

Position remuneration is based on industry experience as per the Educational Services (Teachers) Award.
