Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Section Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be providing exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to special requests or dietary needs.
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Manage your section with confidence, grace and efficiency
* Maintain the highest standard levels of presentation and cleanliness
* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in fine dining or high end establishment
* Good knowledge of wines, cocktails and seafood cuisine
* Excellent communication skills with fluent English
* Recommend food and beverage pairings with strong product knowledge
* Section experience with ability to carry 3 plates and drink trays with confidence
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
