As a seasoned retail leader, you will drive the growth and evolution of our diverse retail portfolio. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to shape the next phase of our commercial journey and establish Summerland Farm as a must-visit destination in the Northern Rivers.
You will lead a high-performing team of approximately 40 staff, including casuals, juniors, and supported employees, and foster a culture that promotes inclusivity and development. You will also be responsible for enhancing product presentation, elevating the customer journey, and preparing new retail concepts and business units for launch in 2026.
* Proven experience in multi-channel or destination-based retail with e-commerce and sound merchandising skills
* Commercial acumen with a track record of improving sales performance and operational efficiency
* A people-first leadership style with a focus on team development, coaching, and accountability
In this key role, you will have direct influence over buying, staffing, and the customer journey across all channels. You will also contribute to strategic planning and collaborate closely with peers across hospitality, visitor experience, and marketing.
