A child and family health nurse plays a vital role in delivering culturally sensitive, community-based care to Aboriginal children (0–6 years) and their families across the Albury Wodonga region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting health surveillance and screening for children aged 0–6, supporting parenting through education, counseling, and group sessions, promoting early intervention and health promotion, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated care.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering universal and sustained home visiting programs to families with newborns

The ideal candidate will have registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia, a Graduate Certificate in Child and Family Health Nursing, and experience working with Aboriginal communities and a commitment to community development. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
