Key Responsibilities
* Manage Kitchen Operations: Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service to maintain high-quality standards.
* Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate your team to achieve excellent results in a fast-paced environment.
* Food Quality Control: Implement strict quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.
* Skill Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching to junior staff members.
* Cost Management: Analyze and optimize food costs to maintain profitability.
Requirements
* Culinary Expertise: Minimum Diploma of Hospitality and Management level qualification or equivalent experience.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and manage a team in a high-pressure environment.
* Time Management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Culinary Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and practices, with a focus on fine-dining cuisine.
Salary Range: $77,000 AUD - $80,000 per year, plus superannuation benefits.
