About The Role
You'll support people to live independently and safely in their own homes and communities. This hands-on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a great team.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing), social support & help around the home for daily admin needs.
* Encourage community connection and personal goal achievement.
* Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators.
* Build respectful, professional relationships with clients.
We are looking for permanent part-time staff to support in the given area - Morphett Vale, Christies Beach, Sturt, Unley, Marion, Park Holme, Woodcroft.
Successful candidates can expect a minimum of 15 hours per week, Mon-Fri (7am-3pm).
About You
We are looking for an experienced home support worker with a great attitude, reliability and genuine care for others.
You'll also bring:
* Cert 3 Individual Support or 1st/2nd year RN student
* NDISWSC
* WWCC
* Manual handling certificate
* Driver licence and access to a registered and roadworthy vehicle
* First Aid & CPR
