Acting as a trusted business partner, you will work autonomously to deliver revenue targets within your region, focusing on our technical solution categories, including industrial printer and label making technologies (hardware, software and consumables), Lockout Tagout and Niche Safety solutions. You will generate demand with strategic end users whilst also taking on a 'hunter' approach to achieve sales growth.
Responsibilities
* Ownership and revenue growth of allocated QLD territory and customers - prospect, qualify and close new business opportunities
* Managing a territory call plan and pipeline that is outcome driven to align with our technology growth strategy
* Technical product demonstrations ie. printer solutions (industrial/portable/safety facility ID) with appropriate consumables, Lock Out Tag Out (procedural safety) and Workplace Safety
* Developing a value proposition approach to sales – company, self & product - with a focus on delivering innovative and reliable solutions that bring ROI to customers
We are looking for someone who is driven to be out on the road partnering with customers, structured in their approach and commercial in developing and executing their sales plan.
What you'll bring
* Technical solutions professional with external account management and new business experience selling hardware, software and consumables, ideally in industrial or equivalent industries
* You may have an engineering, industrial automation or technology background, but have demonstrated ability to drive results via technical solution selling and product demonstrations
* Self-motivated and outcome driven approach to deliver customer requirements
* Strong influencing and negotiating skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will manage your territory consisting of Brisbane and South East QLD from the road and your home office, with support from our Greystanes (NSW) Head Office.
