*This is a progressional position as per the Role Description. The successful applicant will be appointed to the lower classification with eligibility for progression to the next, once specific criteria have been met or demonstrated. Please note salary rate shown is reflective of both classification ranges.
About the Role*
We're looking for a passionate social worker to join our team at Logan City Special School, working across both the junior and senior campuses.
In this role, you'll:
* Provide vital support through case management, counselling, family work, and NDIS liaison.
* Use your expertise to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions that support the mental health and wellbeing of students.
* Collaborate with school staff, families, and the community to create innovative solutions for young people in an education setting.
Experience in disability support is highly valued.
