YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER
As one of the firm's KEY litigators, reporting to an incredibly multi-talented high profile Managing Partner, you will relish the challenge+ autonomy+ diversity of taking full ownership of your 'colourful' high-end litigation practice including: 1)commercial disputes ; and 2) class-actions disputes (with a humanitarian/social justice flavour); 3) administrative law; primarily in the superior (Federal and Supreme) Courts and4) some family law litigation.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with minimum 5 years (or more) post qualification experience in high-end litigation including commercial disputes;
* Have strong experience litigating in the higher courts-Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL);
* have strong technical, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills;
* set yourself high standards +are driven to obtain the best outcomes for clients;
