In this rewarding outpatient role, you will provide advanced physiotherapy care as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team, supporting patients through their recovery and rehabilitation journey. With a focus on complex upper limb, hand therapy and lymphoedema care, you will manage your own clinical caseload while also offering expert consultancy and clinical advice to colleagues and management. In addition to your hands-on clinical work, you will contribute to staff and student supervision, play a key role in ongoing education initiatives, and support continuous service improvement. About You You’re a highly skilled and motivated physiotherapist with the clinical expertise, leadership, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic hospital setting. Your advanced knowledge, sound judgement, and commitment to quality care position you as a key contributor to multidisciplinary teams and patient outcomes. Registered professional with a recognised physiotherapy degree and current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Proven clinical experience in outpatient upper limb/ hand therapy and lymphoedema with the ability to manage complex cases independently and contribute at a senior level. Strong leadership and communication skills, including mentoring others, supervising students or staff, and contributing to education and service improvement. Team-oriented and flexible, able to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and support service delivery with a focus on safety and high standards of care.
