The key contributions of the Claims Officer / RTWC is to work very closely with, injured employees, managers, supervisors, case manager, National Workers Compensation Manager and Rehabilitation Providers to reduce the economic and social impact of work related injury and illness.
- The purpose of this role is to provide pro-active and efficient administrative support to the Case Manager.
- To facilitate optimum claims administration outcomes for employees who sustain compensable work related injury and illnesses whilst working at Schneider Electric.
- Provision of effective and efficient rehabilitation and return to work coordinator for all employees across all business units in South Australia.
- Provide administrative support for the national portfolio of workers compensation claims and injuries.
- Manage and maintain the administration of our injury management data base.
- Process incoming correspondence.
- Accurate and timely preparation of documentation.
- Maintenance of Solv Injury reporting database to ensure all claims / injury files are up to date with all applicable information and documents attached and entered.
