Overview
Senior Clinician position among a multi‐disciplinary Community Mental Health & Wellbeing team in Swan Hill. The role contributes to growth of clinical skills while delivering recovery‐focused care in the community as part of a collaborative team.
Role and Responsibilities
* Deliver community‐based case management, intake and treatment, and crisis assessment.
* Provide recovery‐focused support for adults aged 25–64 living in the community.
* Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff and students.
* Work within a multi‐disciplinary integrated community mental health team (Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work).
Qualifications and Skills
* Robust experience in mental health.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Passion for recovery‐focused care.
Service Details
* Position available full‐time (80 hours per fortnight, with a monthly ADO) or part‐time (64–72 hours per fortnight).
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am–5:00pm.
* Location: Swan Hill (Community Mental Health & Wellbeing team).
Classification and Compensation
* Classification: NP75 - NP77, YB24 - YB27, YC46 - YC49.
* Salary per hour: $51.41 – $61.29.
