We are looking for a motivated and passionate Store Manager to lead our Gelatissimo store. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality, team performance and store presentation.
This full-time position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts based on operational needs. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently across weekdays and weekends, including morning, afternoon and evening shifts. Availability during peak trading periods, public holidays and busy seasonal times is required to support store operations and customer demand.
The role may also require the Store Manager to adjust working hours to meet business needs, supervise staff during peak service periods and ensure smooth store operations at all times.
