With over 20 years of experience in the dairy industry, Village Dairy Company is proud to deliver high-quality products enjoyed locally and interstate.We currently have an exciting chance for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team at our Traralgon manufacturing facility.About the RoleAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth and safe operation of our equipment and facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:Promptly responding to equipment breakdowns.Executing/ developing planned preventive maintenance schedules.Coordinating with third-party suppliers and contractors for repairs and services.Supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment.Promoting a strong culture of occupational health and safety.Performing other duties as required, including occasional after-hours call-outs.Flexibility to work across shifts as needed.Skills and ExperienceWe're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented technician with:At least 3 years' experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment.Experience in the dairy or broader food industry.
