We are seeking a skilled Receptionist/Admin to join our team on a full-time basis, working a 14 days on, 7 days off roster. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support across various sites.
Job Description:
The Receptionist/Admin will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel. They will also manage appointments, records, and essential documentation, as well as prepare and distribute client documents. Additionally, they will provide day-to-day administrative support, including data entry, invoicing, document control, and other tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of one year's experience in a receptionist or administrative role;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Strong organizational and time management abilities;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and approachable demeanor; and
* Willingness to work across different sites on a DIDO roster.
