Principal Recruitment Consultant - Engineering
We're seeking an experienced IS&T Technician to provide deskside and remote IT support for a major resources project. Working on a FIFO 21/7 roster, you'll be responsible for maintaining IT systems, deploying hardware and software, managing assets, and supporting users in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite and remote IT support to project personnel
* Deploy and maintain hardware and software systems
* Ensure accurate documentation and asset tracking
* Work closely with central IT support teams
* Support the rollout of IT services as the project progresses
* Assist with information security implementation and compliance
* Use IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for ticket and asset tracking
* Maintain high attention to detail and work effectively in a dynamic site environment
About You:
* Degree in IT or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a site or project setting
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and within a team
