* Experience & Skill – Minimum 4 years in a commercial kitchen, with strong cooking techniques.
* Passion for Food – You care about presentation, taste, and making every dish memorable.
* Cool Under Pressure – Able to handle busy services and maintain quality.
* Clean & Organized – You understand food safety and keep a tidy kitchen.
* Great Team Player – Works well with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
* Food Safety Certification – Required for the role.
What we offer
* Salary 65,037 - 80,000 AUD based on Restaurant Industry Award 2025 Standards.
* Full-Time position: Salary is based on a minimum of 38 hours per week, with holiday and personal leave accrued pro-rata. Salary will be determined by the level of experience.
